224ce46f14 Make the latency/fps setting per camera instead of global (#2260)
There's a new `low latency mode` switch on the input tab.

This replaces use_new_cscore_frametime and makes it per pipeline.

The default behavior is still to block for new frames (ie, preserve old
behavior)

5409573f0d Rewrite system monitoring to use OSHI (#2255)
## Description

[OSHI](https://github.com/oshi/oshi) is a free (MIT license) JNA-based
library for accessing hardware and system performance information. This
PR includes a re-write of the metrics monitoring code to be based on
OSHI. The original intent was to gain access to data about network
traffic for addition to the Settings tab. An additional benefit is that
collecting the data is now around two orders of magnitude (or more)
faster!

a8d825919e Fix PipelineType index mismatch (#2204)
## Description

#2180 added an additional value to PipelineType.java. Enums are
serialized with `ordinal()`, and the frontend wasn't updated to account
for this, causing an off-by-one error where the UI thought the pipeline
was actually the next pipeline over. This resyncs the enum on the
frontend to the backend and adjusts the mapping from PipelineType to
WebsocketPipelineType to make everything match.

Fixes #2201.

054ed8b6a1 Add camera mismatch banner to dashboard (#1921)
## Description

Detects if a camera mismatch is present in any camera and displays a
banner in the dashboard for better visibility to the user. All detection
occurs in the backend, and is sent to the frontend via use of a mismatch
boolean included in each vision module.

d7e536dda9 Clean up spacing and other things in various parts of the UI (#1972)
## Description

After the Vue 3 upgrade, the spacing for various UI elements was left
inconsistent in many places. Dialogs were hit especially hard and had
some very inconsistent spacing. Additionally, the 24 pixels of padding
around all cards was noted as a waste of space and unnecessary, so it
has been shrunk down to 20 pixels to make the UI a tiny bit more compact
and to make it visually closer to some parts of the UI that have 16
pixels of padding (the camera views are the most notable example).
Padding between input elements has also been reduced to 20 pixels (this
required some hackery to get consistent sizes on input elements, since
switches and sliders have different heights.)

Some other minor UI tweaks were made, such as removing the divider
between dialog contents and dialog buttons because it visually looks
better, shrinking the banner padding so it doesn't displace as much
content, making the banner background one uniform color instead of a
highlight around the icon, fixing the targets tab so that the columns
stop shifting around when the values change, preserving newlines in the
log view, cleaning up the object detection UI, and making the import
dialogs have consistently inset input elements.

484e8d4298 General UI Refinements (#1678)
Does the following:
- Adjusts the shade of red buttons and banners to increase readability

- Removes matchCamerasOnlyByPath as it is no longer used and throws
errors in the console

![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/77043993-26a2-4de4-8e98-702e7f285dc6)

- Limits the criteria to flag a camera mismatch in Camera Matching to
only what is necessary based on camera type and highlights differences
in table properties (testing on this is appreciated)

![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/cfbd96c1-09dd-414a-8177-693fc054b26f)

- Only displays both saved vs. current info in camera matching if there
is a difference between the two

![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6223ffc8-4cff-464f-8b54-720c3222a5d5)

- Some general code cleanup (reduced unnecessary padding/margin/row-col
statements, style="display:flex;" -> class="d-flex", etc.
- Moves Compact Mode button to the bottom away from all the menu items
(cleaner imo, open to thoughts)
- Establishes a general spacing format for cards and pages and applies
this to existing cards and pages to create a consistent look and feel to
the UI (e.g. keeping things in line and less erratic spacing/placement
of UI elements)

![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/1ab0ca4b-303e-436d-97b3-da72d46c4fcb)

![image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/77043993-26a2-4de4-8e98-702e7f285dc6)

- Delete protection for camera matching modules
- Anti-backend-spam for activate/deactivate/delete modules to hopefully
prevent any odd behavior from button spamming
- Enforces a common camera stream size on camera matching view (NEEDS
MORE TESTING)

f1d1d325e0 Move to using Absolute Exposure Range (#1352)
Uses logic in
https://github.com/PhotonVision/photon-libcamera-gl-driver/pull/16 to
push the ov9281 down to its true minimum exposure.

Updates UI to list the exposure settings in ~~microseconds.~~ Native
units - not everyone works in microseconds.

Does its darndest to actually try to set the exposure in
~~microseconds.~~ Native Units. To do this...

Lifecam is funky when doing this - [cscore limits the exposure settings
to certain quantized
values](https://github.com/wpilibsuite/allwpilib/blob/main/cscore/src/main/native/linux/UsbCameraImpl.cpp#L129).
Add a new camera quirk to allow that.

~~Updated camera quirks to re-evaluate every camera load (rather than
recalling from settings - this shouldn't be necessary)~~ This should be
rolled back, needed for arducam type selection.

Updated camera quirk matching logic to make PID/VID optional, and
basename optional (and only match trailing characters). This enables
mirroring CSCore's logic for identifying lifecams by name.

Updated the USBCamera to primarily use cscore's exposed property names.

Since camera manufacturers use a potpourri of names for the same
thing....

For nice-to-have settings: new soft-set logic to try all possible names,
but gracefully pass if the property isn't there.
For required settings: Search a list for the first setting that's
supported, fail if none are supported.

More logging of camera properties to help debug.

Note: most of this work is because cscore doesn't directly expose a
massaged exposure-setting-absolute API (and, given what we've seen,
probably _shouldn't_, this struggle is not for the faint of heart).

428f926ac2 Actually properly match cameras by name fr this time (#1237)
Our current code matches cameras in this order (which I think is objectively wrong and stupid)

- by-id (/dev/v4l/by-id/product-string)
- by path (/dev/videoN)
- product string/name, but ascii only
- asks cscore to reconnect to cameras using `path`, which on linux is actually /dev/videoN. This isn't guaranteed to stick to a camera if you replug them weirdly at runtime.

This is silly and does not consider the actual physical usb port. I propose instead, in this order:

- By physical usb port path and base name
- by physical usb port path and USB VID/PID
- By base name only (with a toggle switch to disable this, and create a new VisionModule instead)
- Give cscore /dev/video/by-path on Linux systems, pinning Photon USBCameras to a particular usb port once created.

This changes lots of things so stay paranoid!

7b67f6bebf Add RKNN / Object Detection Pipeline (#1144)
Tested on Orange Pi 5 and Cool Pi 4B. Merge with parts of the OpenCV DNN PR.

Adds support for YOLOv5s models for Rockchip CPUs with a NPU. Right now hard coded to a note model from alex_idk. Very much still incubating and largely untested.

bf156f544e Update HTTP based settings when new fullsettings are emited (#1122)
Previously, if someone were changing network or camera settings while the backend sent an update request, the frontend wouldn't update the UI until the HTTP request was sent, likely leading to an error or confusion, now, values will be reset whenever new settings are sent. It also checks that settings were changed before allowing the user to click the save button.

2a1792e71a Allow 90-deg rotation of USB cameras on Pi (#1103)
UI would say that every camera on a Pi device was a CSI camera basically. It would not let you rotate usb cameras 90 degrees or 270 degrees because it thought that they were CSI cameras. Fixes: #1098

0898dfe2f7 Aruco/Multitag 36h11 support (#981)
- Aruco pipeline now infers tag width from tag family like the AprilTag pipeline
- Removes unused Aruco and 200mm AprilTag models
- `VisionEstimation.estimateCamPosePNP()` now requires a target model instead of assuming 16h5
  - Multitarget pipeline similarly infers target model of tag family now
  - `PhotonPoseEstimator` can have target model set for on-rio multitarget

df45bc2d73 Re-enable OpenCV ArUco detector for AprilTags (#916)
- Fixes ArUco on picam
- Adds `ArucoPoseEstimatorPipe` for single-tag pose estimation
  - Previously, `Aruco.estimatePoseSingleMarkers()` was used for tag pose estimation. This uses the default `SOLVEPNP_ITERATIVE` solver and I believe the method is removed in opencv 4.8. The `SOLVEPNP_IPPE_SQUARE` solver implemented is more appropriate for markers.
- Pipeline architecture cleanup
- Re-enables ArUco pipeline in UI
- Multi-tag support

ArUco detector support is still considered experimental at this time. This should enable a baseline of support for initial testing, but expect some quirks to remain across platforms.
