Chris Gerth 33bbb4c69f Added Deploy task to build.gradle (#147) 
Searches for an appropriate remote target or uses an address specified by -PtgtIP="X.X.X.X" on the build command.
Stops photonvision, copies the new jar to the correct location, and restarts photonvision.

Photon Vision

PhotonVision is a fork of Chameleon Vision, a free open-source software for FRC teams to use for vision processing on their robots. Thank you to everyone who worked on the original project.
