Merge changes I4f5a36e6,I248d27cc,I55769599,I7688b8cd
* changes: Removing Toolchains! Enabling C++14 and removing path for new toolchains Remove unnecessary config for cproject/Simulate target Updating template .cproject to avoid specifiyng commands and defaults Fixes unknown GCC errors (supposedly)
