[build] Fix Clang 20 warnings (#8048)

Browse Source 
* `-Wfixed-enum-extension` was replaced with `-Wc23-extensions`
* Removed unused private variables in SysId
* Suppressed `-Wnontrivial-memcall` in imgui.h and imgui_internal.h
