e14e45da76 Add format script which invokes clang-format on the C++ source code (#41) 
On Windows machines, clang-format.exe must be in the PATH environment variable.

63878d8ab7 Fixed Simulation C++ API 
Fixed API in the following classes:
 - RobotDrive
 - AnalogGyro

moved some files from Athena the shared that are independant of platform
Renamed Gyro to AnalogGyro
added smart pointer constructors to RobotDrive
