Peter Johnson	7b952d599d	Add usage reporting for many new things (#2184) ... - new CommandScheduler - kinematics and odometry classes - new PIDController - ProfiledPIDController - TrapezoidProfile (reported in Constraints class) Also update instances.txt to match latest NI version.
