038478e437 The LiveWindow instance isn't a global static 
The LiveWindow singleton instance shouldn't be a global static
variable, since the order that global statics are constructed is
undefined, and it's required by other constructors.

58021f7397 Removed analog and digital module numbers 
AnalogModule and DigitalModule classes still exist, at least until they are
refactored into the classes that use them.
