8f1f64ffb6 Remove year from file copyright message (NFC) (#2972) 
Also update copyright to include "and other WPILib contributors" and clarify

b9feb81226 [sim] Add joystick simulation support (#2595) 
This adds joystick functions to DriverStationSim, and new GenericHIDSim,
JoystickSim, and XboxControllerSim classes.
