Thomas Clark 6d89974016 Make Java tests run with TestNG

TestNG generates xml reports that Jenkins can use, JUnit does not without
Ant or Maven.

To run the tests, deploy the Jar and run:
    /usr/local/frc/JRE/bin/java -jar wpilibJavaIntegrationTests-0.1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar -junit -testclass edu.wpi.first.wpilibj.test.TestSuite

Makes the tests take parameters at runtime so that you can selectively run a suite without having to run the entire framework.

TO LOAD & RUN INTEGRATION TESTS

Run mvn clean package from this directory
Run scp target/wpilibJavaIntegrationTests-0.1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar admin@10.1.90.2:/home/admin and enter the password on the RoboRio
ssh into the RoboRio using ssh admin@10.1.90.2
Run the integration tests on the roborio using ./runintegrationjavaprogram
Enable the robot using a driver station (this will be automatic eventually)
