Thomas Clark ba7f56833b Add SetCANJaguarSyncGroup to RobotDrive
Manually specifying a sync group causes that value to be
passed in all of the speed controller Set() calls, and
CANJaguar::UpdateSyncGroup() to be called afterwards.
