This makes error messages point directly at the variable use, instead of
on the enclosing AST node:

```
error: `outerCoroutine` may not be in scope
    outerCoroutine.yield()
    ^

error: `outerCoroutine` may not be in scope
    consume(x, outerCoroutine);
               ^
```

instead of 

```
error: `outerCoroutine` may not be in scope
    outerCoroutine.yield()
                        ^

error: `outerCoroutine` may not be in scope
    consume(x, outerCoroutine);
           ^
```
