Migrate entity profiles: MrC->Hermes, remove OC related blocks, add freshness

19 profiles updated: - Replaced 'Profile managed by MrC' with 'Profile managed by Hermes wiki-lms' - Removed dead OpenClaw related link blocks - Added freshness: seasonal frontmatter
