- #4 makes FIRST pick at position 4
- Then #5, #6, #7, #8 make first picks (positions 5-8)
- Then #8 makes second pick (position 9)
- Then snakes back: #7, #6, #5, **#4** (position 13), #3, #2, #1 (positions 10-16)

**If #4 IS picked by 1, 2, or 3:**

- Selection continues from #4's original position
